What is the delivery time for orders?
As Soon as we get your order we will try and send it that day or the next business day. (please note we are closed on a Sunday & Monday). All our items are sent on a signed for delivery service which are totally trackable. For tracking details please email sharon@hoodsuk.co.uk

What is your grading system?
We try and source the best quality items for various sources worldwide.

New – New and unused
Unissued – New (but may have been in storage)
As New – May have been issued/used but extremely good condition
Used – will show signs of use but totally useable
Grade 2 – may have slight damage but still useable
Damaged – Needs attention
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. But you will have to be quick, please ring the store on 01695 228 323.
Do you have stock of all the items on your site?
We have very extensive stocks, said by some the most military surplus and equipment under one roof. We try and keep the site up to date placing items out of stock when we run out. If you order an item that is out of stock will endeavour to restock within the week.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns, but you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. All returns must be in the same condition it was sent.
