Not completely happy with your purchase? We're here to help.
Eligibility
Items must be returned and received by us within 30 days of your original order. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging where applicable.
How to Return
- Head to our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to create your Royal Mail return label.
- Please include your proof of purchase (or a copy) in the parcel, along with any relevant notes.
Items over 20kg: If your item(s) weigh over 20kg, please contact us with your order number and we will arrange the return for you.
A £3.99 return fee applies, which is deducted from your refund. There is no charge to return exchanges or damaged/faulty items.

We're unable to offer an international returns service. Customers outside the UK will need to arrange their own return.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know it's been received, along with the status of your refund or exchange.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear, depending on your card provider.
